Everyone that was there was super friendly and the food was good. Our server seemed like she was annoyed that we were there but we were having fun that morning so we just ignored the attitude. She may have just been having a bad morning, so no big deal. Good experience still.

This was our third visit to Cagney's restaurant, Kernersville, North Carolina location. The friendly staff and gracious hospitality made us feel like more than customers--they made us feel like honored, invited guests! Linore, our server, deserves special recognition for her genuine kindness and thoughtful recommendations that elevated the entire dining experience. In a world where so many restaurants feel impersonal and rushed today, the relaxed, friendly atmosphere at Cagney's is a rare and treasured thing--a place where hospitality is an art!! It's no wonder that Cagney's has become a beloved landmark, known not just for their outstanding family cuisine, but for the warmth of its staff!! Thank you, Cagney's.

The wife and I stopped here on our way back home from vacation and Dalene was our server. She was wonderful and professional. The food was awesome and got to us in a timely manner! We will come back and I will tell everyone that it’s a great place to eat! Thanks for helping us out Dalene! God bless!

Two friends from childhood through college, catching up, enjoyed a ribeye sandwich and chicken and dumplings. The waitress was quite attentive while we reminisced for longer than three hours. A great time!

I ordered chicken pot pie and they brought me a whole pie! Flavorful, crispy crust, perfection. I appreciate a clean place where I can get consistently good food, a decent cup of coffee, and good service.

We took my grandson there for his 16th birthday. Everyone got something different and everything was very good. Service was fast. There was one item of food I think got left off the order and was received very late. But, I do give them a 9 out of 10. I would go back.

Took my grandmother here on Saturday(mother's Day weekend) with no waiting. We were immediately greeted & seated. The food was delightfully good & reasonably priced. The atmosphere was friendly & felt nice. Plenty of seating & space. The Mediterranean theme is aesthetically pleasing & well done. Everything was clean from the parking lot to the bathrooms. Outdoor seating is available as well. Parking & entry is easily navigable with handicap accessibility as well. Overall a great experience.
